1. Acceptance
By accessing or using TextLumo, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use TextLumo for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.
2. The service
TextLumo provides text, list, conversion, SEO, and developer utilities that generally run in your browser. Features may be added, changed, suspended, or removed. We do not promise that every feature will always be available or compatible with every browser or device.
3. Your content and responsibility
You retain any rights you have in text and data you process. You are responsible for having permission to use that content, for choosing appropriate settings, and for reviewing the output before relying on it.
Do not use TextLumo to violate law, intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, or contractual rights; to distribute malware; to interfere with the service; or to attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
4. Site content and permitted use
TextLumo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to access and use the service for lawful personal or business purposes. TextLumo's branding, interface, original site copy, and software remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
5. Automated results and no professional advice
Results can be incomplete, inaccurate, or affected by browser behavior, language rules, input format, and changing third-party standards. Character limits, SEO guidance, conversions, validation, and other outputs are aids, not guarantees.
TextLumo does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, security, or other professional advice. Verify important results with an appropriate source or qualified professional.
6. Third-party services
The site may rely on hosting infrastructure and browser or operating-system features, and may link to external websites. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. TextLumo is not responsible for third-party content or services.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TextLumo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TextLumo and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary loss, or for loss of data, profits, business, or opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
8. Changes, severability, and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Applicable law governs without overriding mandatory protections available where you live.
Questions about these terms can be sent to privacy@textlumo.com.
